Additional notes

The search options are optional. For a focused task, choose the criteria that describe the professionals you mean. title, school, location and currentCompany each accept one nonempty text value or a list whose text values are nonempty. A list does not by itself specify whether all values or any value must match.

keywords is a single text string of at most 500 characters. Use it for the keyword wording you want considered; do not send a keyword array. Keep the keyword text and the separate structured criteria consistent with your intended search.

limit requests a maximum of 1–100 people. Its description gives 25 as the default. Read the number actually returned rather than treating the requested maximum as an expected batch size or a total population count.

If a previous response supplies a continuation marker, pass it unchanged as cursor when requesting more. The input description identifies that marker as data.cursor. Keep it associated with the search that returned it; its presence does not establish how many further matches exist or that every profile can be retrieved.

Read the profile material before drawing conclusions about a person. Current-company and school filters help select matches; they do not check present employment or qualifications.
