1. Your agreement with toolmu
These terms govern the toolmu website, account, API, CLI, MCP connection, and related tool services. toolmu is operated by DATECH MEDIA DC LTD. References to toolmu, we, us, and our mean that company. Our contact details are provided below.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use toolmu for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. These terms apply when you register for or use the relevant service.
2. What toolmu provides
toolmu helps you discover and run tools through a shared interface and account. Tools may be performed by independent providers. Availability, required inputs, limits, and pricing vary by tool. A catalog listing is not a guarantee that a tool will remain available or suitable for every use.
A tool description, displayed charge limit, and any specific restrictions shown before execution form part of the information you should review before authorizing a run. AI-generated or third-party output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
3. Accounts, keys, and connected agents
Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials and API keys. Only give access to people, applications, and agents you authorize. Notify us promptly through the published support channel if you believe access has been compromised.
An agent using your credentials can submit chargeable requests without asking you separately for every run. You are responsible for requests you authorize, including through connected agents, subject to applicable law and any verified unauthorized-use claim. Configure the permissions and spending controls available to you and monitor your usage. Revoking credentials does not necessarily cancel a request already submitted.
4. Prices and usage
toolmu uses prepaid credits for usage-based tool execution. Credits are service entitlements, not a deposit account or a general-purpose payment instrument. The purchase screen must disclose currency, the amount payable, credits provided, applicable fees and taxes, and any promotion before payment.
A run may reserve its maximum authorized charge while execution is pending. The final charge is determined by the selected tool's pricing and execution result; any unused reservation is released after settlement. A pending or uncertain result is not by itself proof that no provider charge occurred.
The Billing & Refund Policy describes purchases, credit validity, settlement, refunds, and promotions. The purchase terms in that document apply when they are shown and available at checkout. A one-time top-up does not by itself authorize recurring charges.
5. Acceptable use
Use toolmu lawfully and comply with the restrictions disclosed for each tool. You must not use the service to:
- Infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights, or obtain data you are not authorized to access.
- Distribute malware, steal credentials, commit fraud, evade access controls, or interfere with another user's service.
- Conduct unlawful surveillance, exploitation, harassment, or other prohibited activity through a connected tool.
- Bypass spending limits, falsify billing information, or abuse trial credits and promotional offers.
- Resell account access or represent yourself as a tool provider or toolmu operator without authorization.
6. Your inputs and outputs
You retain the rights you have in information you submit. You grant toolmu the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store, and display that information to provide the service, maintain your execution history, and address support, security, and legal obligations.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use of results. Rights in outputs depend on applicable law and the selected provider's terms. toolmu does not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. This agreement does not transfer ownership of toolmu's software, brand, or documentation to you.
7. Third-party services and privacy
A tool may be subject to provider-specific terms, usage restrictions, and data handling practices. Those terms do not remove toolmu's responsibilities for its own service or your mandatory legal rights. We may change or remove integrations when providers change their services or when security, legal, or operational reasons require it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how toolmu handles account, payment, and execution information. Review the selected provider's policies before sending sensitive or confidential information. Connecting an AI assistant to toolmu does not make that assistant part of toolmu.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider failures, network problems, and other events can interrupt access. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we do not promise a particular uptime, completion time, or guaranteed result.
Prices or service features may change prospectively. A change must not retroactively increase the authorized charge for an existing run or remove a mandatory refund right. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required by law, with an effective date.
9. Suspension and account closure
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, non-payment, or legal obligations. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to protect the service or others.
You may stop using toolmu and request account closure using the contact details below. Closing an account does not erase completed charges. Remaining purchased balance, active runs, refunds, and retained records are handled under the Billing & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
10. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, toolmu is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should keep copies of important information and independently validate results used for consequential decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from this agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other mandatory protections. No monetary liability cap or mandatory arbitration requirement applies under these terms.
11. Questions, disputes, and applicable law
Contact toolmu with the relevant account and order or run identifier so we can investigate a concern. This does not prevent you from using a payment-provider dispute process or exercising a legal right within its applicable deadline.
Any governing-law or forum provision for this agreement applies subject to mandatory protections in your location. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
