You receive
ContactOut checks one address and reports whether it appears valid, invalid, accepted by a server that accepts mail for any address, disposable, or impossible to confirm. An “accept all” result cannot confirm that this specific inbox exists. The result describes this check only and cannot guarantee that a future message will arrive.
