Use send-sms-message-saperly only when the user clearly asks to send one text to one person. Ask which phone number shown in the user’s Saperly account they want to send from. Use connected account details only when they clearly confirm one exact match to a number that can send. If you cannot confirm the match, pause and ask the user to connect Saperly or choose a number in the regular account screen; do not ask them to find a hidden code or guess. Ask for the recipient’s full phone number, including country code, and the exact text (up to 1,600 characters). Before sending, show the sender, recipient and message, then wait for the user’s clear confirmation. Do not change the message. Show Saperly’s actual reply; do not say the message was delivered or read or guess fees. Reuse the existing Toolmu connection or follow https://toolmu.com/SKILL.md. Check the current price and honor the user’s spending limit.
