Use google-dataset-search-live-advanced-dataforseo to search Google Dataset Search for the topic the user provides. Accept a plain-language topic; ask only if it is missing or unclear. Submit the exact request.keyword text within the supported 1–256 character limit. Preserve literal plus signs and percent signs in the intended topic when preparing the request; encode a literal plus as %2B and a literal percent as %25. Check current availability and price, and honor the existing execution authorization and budget. Organize returned dataset entries by their actual titles, descriptions and source links; mark missing details rather than filling them in. Keep reported numeric zero distinct from missing data, and distinguish result receipt, metadata update and dataset coverage dates when present. Do not promise a minimum result count, filters for format/free access/license/freshness, dataset downloads, legal permission, complete catalog coverage or a recent publisher update.

Task:
Find datasets about [water quality in rivers]. Make a short list of the returned dataset names, descriptions and source links. Note any details that are missing. These are search results, not downloaded data; include original-source links so I can check availability and usage terms.
