You receive

You get a paginated list of accounts followed by the public Instagram user you entered, plus a next-page token. Output fields are unpublished; it is not a followers list, private-account access, or who-viewed data.

What you enter

A public Instagram username, for example instagram, or the numeric user ID of the account.
pagination_token, optional: the cursor that continues to the next page of the same following list.

What you get back

One call returns the list of accounts that user follows, as one page plus the cursor that continues it.

The published output field list is not released, so read the records the run returns rather than expecting a fixed column set.

Range and limits

One account per call.
The following list is read page by page with pagination_token.
Public accounts only.

What this page will not do

It does not return the followers list; that is the followers page.
It does not track unfollowers or recent follows.
It does not open private accounts.
It does not export the list to a file.

Pay per use

Each page is one billed call, and the live execution contract caps a call at $0.003, so one call never charges more than that. There is no subscription: the same prepaid balance also covers your other Instagram lookups.
