You receive

Receive a list of reported purchases to inspect. Entries can show the company and stock symbol, insider name and relationship, shares purchased, average price, transaction amount and reported holding. Transaction and reporting dates identify when the purchase happened and when it was disclosed. Filing, company and insider links help you choose which source records to examine further.

What to know

SECForm4’s public All Buys page says its data are delayed by six months. Check the returned dates before treating the listing as recent. These are reported purchases rather than current holdings or live quotes, and the available list does not establish complete company history.

One date tells when the shares were bought; the other tells when the report was filed. SECForm4 says reports received after market close appear in the next trading day’s list. Use the purchase date to describe the buy, and keep both dates for clarity.
