Strale’s capability description describes fetching a URL and returning its content as Base64, with content type and Data URI information. These are declared result categories; the actual response determines which information is available.

The URL identifies content to retrieve. The task is to encode that retrieved content rather than the characters in the link itself. For an image task, provide the address expected to return the image and retain it with the result.
