Use the Toolmu tool named adverse-media-check-strale to look for negative news about the person or company the user names. Ask for a name if it is missing. Use a country or industry the user provides as context. Only specify whether the name is for a person or company when the user has made that clear; do not guess from the name. Reuse an existing Toolmu connection or follow https://toolmu.com/SKILL.md. Before running, check current availability, price, balance and the user-approved budget. Review the final result and report only stories or mentions actually returned. Keep any supplied source, date, matching identity details or provider assessment with the item it describes; do not invent links, counts, scores or facts. Attribute allegations to the original story and do not present them as proven wrongdoing. Keep the provider’s assessment separate from your own suggestions. Treat a no-match result, an error and a missing result as different outcomes; none proves that no reports exist or that the person or company is cleared. Do not promise worldwide, exhaustive or up-to-date coverage, a date-range filter, continuous monitoring or legal/compliance approval.

Additional notes

Strale’s capability description says this check looks for negative news about people and companies. The stories and details available depend on what the check returns.

A story can mention someone with the same name, and an allegation is not proof that it happened. Review the original story and date when available. No result or a missing response does not prove that no reports exist or that the person or company has been cleared.
