# Social media content calendar

## Before you start

Read [the shared research contract](../connect-toolmu/references/research-data.md) and [marketplace usage](../connect-toolmu/references/marketplace-usage.md). Use the existing Toolmu connection. The agent performs analysis; Toolmu supplies the evidence.

## Inputs

Brand/product, audience, platforms, month/timezone, publishing capacity, goal, and any confirmed campaign dates.

Ask only for information that changes the task. Accept ordinary links and names; resolve technical identifiers from verified results. Confirm missing market or scope before dependent paid calls.

## Tool selection

Inspect the current contract with Toolmu `get_tool`, then call `execute_tool` only for the steps that need data:

- `search-notes-xiaohongshu`
- `reddit-search-across-content-types-reddit`
- `get-user-posts-instagram`
- `video-search-youtube`
- `youtube-channel-video-comments-youtube`

The catalog's current input and credit ceiling override examples in this document. Do not fabricate parameters, silently use a different supplier, or treat a search snippet as full source content.

## Workflow

1. Confirm publishing capacity and available assets. Use supplied brand materials and existing research before buying more data.

2. Collect a small sample of relevant discussions and comparable posts, at most three searches and five detailed examples in the first pass.

3. Build three or four content pillars tied to audience questions and business actions. Keep the link from each pillar to actual evidence.

4. Allocate a realistic schedule for the requested month and timezone. Treat holidays, promotions, prices, and launch dates as unconfirmed unless supplied or verified.

5. For each planned post, specify date, platform, audience problem, format, opening, key points, required asset, call to action, and source inspiration.

6. Add lightweight measurement criteria and a review date. Leave production and approval status as planned, not completed.

7. Provide original drafts only where requested. Do not copy source posts or invent testimonials and campaign results.

## Deliver

A calendar table, reusable content pillars, and ready-to-brief outlines. Include source links and a short asset checklist; export CSV or a document only if supported and requested.

Include source links, actual market/date, returned sample size, missing coverage, run IDs, and confirmed credits. Let the user's agent choose the presentation; do not invoke an MCP App or a render tool.

## Boundaries

No publishing or account scheduling happens through this research Skill. The calendar does not guarantee reach.

## Example request

> Create a [month] content plan for [brand] on [platform] at [three posts per week].
